The pier and seafront concentrate most of the family attractions, cafés and deckchair hire in one place, which suits a day out with children.
Gardens and town centre
The Lower Gardens link the seafront to the town centre, so you can combine a beach morning with shops, restaurants and a walk back through green space.
Making it an easy day
Beach parking fills quickly in high summer. Leaving Colehill early and returning to the house for an afternoon swim in the pool avoids the worst of it.
